1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ProTechGuard's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our IT services and platform.
2. Description of Service
ProTechGuard provides comprehensive IT services including but not limited to:
- Technical support and helpdesk services
- Cybersecurity monitoring and protection
- Cloud infrastructure management
- Network design and maintenance
- Data backup and recovery solutions
- Compliance and audit support
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Cooperate with our support team when assistance is required
- Notify us promptly of any security incidents
- Pay all fees and charges on time
4. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Emergency repairs
- System upgrades
- Force majeure events
5. Payment Terms
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Payment terms include:
- Automatic recurring billing on your chosen date
- 30-day notice for plan changes
- Pro-rated charges for mid-cycle upgrades
- Late fees for overdue payments
- Service suspension for non-payment
6. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your data and privacy:
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We maintain strict access controls
- Regular security audits are performed
- We comply with applicable data protection regulations
- Your data remains your property
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProTechGuard shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions beyond our control
- Third-party actions or omissions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- With 30 days written notice
- Immediately for material breach
- Immediately for non-payment
Upon termination, we will provide data export assistance and securely delete your data as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ProTechGuard is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms
